pink hearts, purple glow. so where the heck did the green come from??

If my mom sees the mess that is currently our rooms right now, she might cry a bucket. I am sorry mom, but I just couldn’t help it. There are plastic bags everyway, clothes lying around waiting to either go into the “stay” bag or “out of fashion, out of life” bag, hangers on the office table and iron board and boxes waiting for their occupants.

You guessed it. Packing is not my forte.

On a brighter note, we have decided on the paint colors. I will be living in a cloud of baby pinks and warm purples. The odd one would be the room I have designated for my sis. It will be in some sort of bright, lime, fizzy green. It has been aptly named Lime Fizz. It is a funky color. I like it too.

I can’t believe the types of morons who drive in the morning. Guess they do not know the purpose of signal lights.

Much to my surprise, I find myself unable to hold on to a thought for more than two seconds. There seems to be so much to do, and so little time. I must admit though, being so occupied is quite fun.

I think it will be all worth it when I get to sit on my oh so comfortable couch with my sweetie, me with a glass of lemonade and sweetie with a glass of a drink which is not lemonade, and breath a sigh of relief that everything is in its place at last in our new home. I estimate another two to three weeks for that to happen.

My sister will be receiving her results any time soon, and I am a nervous wreck.

I would suggest that you don’t` miss sleeping for a whole day, because there is simply no way for you to recover your sleep. Nada. Now I have to go through life knowing 6 hours of sleep is lost to me forever. Ugh. Come to think of it, I think I have lost countless hours of sleep forever, courtesy of an institute called university and man created hell called exams.

Hmmm…my life is in pink and purple nowadays.

During lunch, I purchased a khaki pants and a top. Now I realize the sales lady did not charge me for the top. Grrrr…now I have to go back to the shop and pay for it. I hope I do not get stuck in a jam later!

Thank you for the wishes and lovely comments in my previous posts. Oh yeah, I did not bake the cake. I wish I could! I am going to unleash my cooking prowess (if there is any) once we move in into our own place.
